By accessing or using Timhirt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute spam or malware
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use automated means to scrape or access the Service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (decks, cards, messages). By posting content, you grant Timhirt a license to display and distribute it within the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI flashcard generator uses third-party services. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on AI-generated study materials.

7. Pricing and Payments

We offer both free and paid tiers. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Timhirt brand, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timhirt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ethiopian courts.
